OMCG Italia is pleased to announce the launch of the CNC 20W10 2.0 machinery solution for the robust production of wire & strip materials. The material range of the CNC machine is for wire diameters 3-10mm (0.12 – 0.39”) & strip cross-sections up to 12 X 4mm (0.47 X 0.16”).
Capable of 2D & 3D forming in a feed & form version with 4 axes, the fully electric machine is capable of up to 3 bending radii with fast set-up and changeover times. The cut sequence provides a very close cut to the last bend.
Utilizing our most advanced HMI, EP4 (Easy Programming Software), the operator can program a part in a 3D graphic environment by LRAR or XYZR, direct import an STP file, real-time part adjustment during production, creation of new part programs while running production, and easy creation of production lists. Axes main functions (speed, acceleration, deceleration) are adjustable during set-up, programming, and production.
