Valmont® Coatings operates one of the largest customer-service oriented networks of coatings facilities in the world, offering hot-dip galvanizing and other protective coating services. We are excited to formally introduce our newest and “greenest” galvanizing facility, Pittsburgh Galvanizing, during FABTECH 2021 this November. Equipped with a 54’ long kettle and lift capacity up to 40,000 lbs., this location can process material up to 90’ long with a progressive dip. It also features our new, environmentally friendly VALPREP™ cleaning and VALPASS passivation processes. The team has implemented the patented GalvTrac® system to ensure quality results and full customer access to our proprietary order-tracking portal, The Valmont Coatings Connector®.
