TTX was established in 1969 as a manufacturer of Industrial Ovens. Today, TTX designs, fabricates and installs custom paint finishing systems for manufacturers seeking to process their products through state-of-the-art finishing facilities. Class A, B or C, these installations often include material handling, pretreatment, finish application, cure, and water and wastewater treatment, along with complete process control, data collection and reporting.

TTX fabricates systems for any kind of finish; electrodeposition, powder, liquid spray and dip. Material handling systems are chosen to match the customer’s production rates and product size requirements and include SlideRail Square-Transfer® (SST®), continuous monorail, Power-and-Free monorail, powered and non-powered roller, floor-mounted drag chain and programmed hoist.

TTX Environmental (TTXENV), a division of Therma-Tron-X, Inc. develops wastewater treatment systems that minimize operational costs and environmental impact of industrial processes. TTXENV uses wastewater minimization technologies and process bath reclamation to help bring your plant into compliance with federal, state and local discharge standards. TTXENV specializes in chemical precipitation, metal sorption, ion exchange and membrane separation.

TTXENV wastewater treatment systems recycle cleaners, neutralize acids and alkalis, precipitate metals, detackify paints, clarify output water and concentrate solids for disposal. Engineers at TTXENV evaluate the customers water source and wastewater stream before recommending the best water conditioning and wastewater system.

A history of success, good business practices, honesty and integrity drives long term relationships.

  • TTX’s ACC® is an overhead conveyance system that consists of automated carriers that provide reliable and consistent point-to-point movement of everything from small parts to heavy parts. These individually programmed vehicles were designed with efficiency, safety, maintenance friendly, and flexibility in mind. They are battery powered and run wirelessly on a simple I-Beam without a chain. This system incorporates a wireless ethernet network that will send instructions to each ACC®. These carriers are propelled along the I-Beam using a spring-loaded traction drive wheel. The I-beam and carrier drive are sized accordingly by weight and capacities range from 10 lbs. to 12,000 lbs.
