KEYENCE recently released the IM-8000 Series Instant Measurement System. This automated optical comparator allows users to measure up to 300 dimensions on a part in 3 seconds or less at the push of a button, greatly reducing the time and resources spent on inspection. The system automatically records data and generates detailed inspection reports.
The latest features include a high-resolution 20-megapixel CMOS for 3x the edge detection performance and a rotary capability that allows for a 360-degree part view for dimensions on all part surfaces.
