The LS Industries MONO4884 is a monorail blaster with six (6) 20 HP blast wheels. The monorail is driven by the sophisticated LS Industries HMI system that also includes a forced maintenance system. The system will ensure that the machine is properly maintained throughout the life of the blaster. It helps keep the customer on track with replacement parts by measuring the working hours and notifiying the operators when it is time to replace parts. This greatly extends the life of the machine and significantly reduces down town associated with unplanned maintenance. The customer is shot blasting assemblies prior to painting for large farm equipment. This pre-blast will ensure that the paint properly adheres and stands up to the elements of the farm environment.
