BREVIS 1212 AJ 3kW Compact Fiber Laser:
BREVIS 1212 AJ compact 3kW fiber laser is loaded with a diverse range of machine features to support high-speed processing, easy material loading, with a footprint and capacity to efficiently accommodate small cell manufacturing
The BREVIS 1212 AJ 3kW fiber laser features reliable, high-speed laser cutting, easy material loading, and a flexible Z-axis to process 3D materials. Engineered for manufacturing versatility, BREVIS is ideally suited to be paired with a press brake — creating a highly-efficient blank-to-bend manufacturing cell in a remarkably small footprint.
To boost productivity, 4' x 8' sheets can be loaded to process two 4' x 4' workpieces sequentially. Sliding enclosure doors on both sides and a pull-out cutting pallet provide maximum work area accessibility and optimal workspace efficiency. In addition, user-friendly features ensure the productivity of this highly adaptable fiber laser solution — regardless of the operator’s level of experience.
The ability to maintain low operation and maintenance costs, combined with a wide range of production-enhancing features, enables BREVIS to achieve an excellent price-per-formance ratio. In addition, the ability to process both fl at and 3D materials enables fabricators to expand business opportunities.
HRB 1303 Press Brake:
The HRB Series of Press Brakes leverages AMADA’s latest bending technology and a variety of production-enhancing features to provide an outstanding price/performance ratio
The HRB Series leverages AMADA’s industry-leading bending technology and a variety of production-enhancing features that resolve specific manufacturing challenges. For example, the HRB’s crowning system provides consistent angle accuracy across the entire bend length, and L-Shift allows gauge fingers to be set at different depths to process asymmetrical workpieces easily. AGRIP-A punch holders quickly and easily lock tooling into the appropriate position to reduce setup time by up to 60%.
Adding a Sheet Follower system ensures safe and efficient processing/material handling of large cumbersome parts. And, an automatic foot pedal speeds production by moving to the proper position throughout production. Inclusion of a double clamp backgauge provides accurate processing of complex shapes.
To expedite delivery to North American fabricators, the HRB Series is manufactured at the Carolina Manufacturing Center in High Point, NC.
