The “booster” technology reduces unwanted oscillations and vibrations resulting in a constant motor speed. This consistent operation of the beveler means significantly increased milling performance, longer insert life, and less physical strain on the operator. Bevelers using this booster technology are made with fewer moving parts, reducing the amount of necessary repair replacement parts.
In addition to the new booster technology, handheld bevelers from SAAR USA now also include patented “spring” technology that improves the guiding system of the beveler against the workpiece edge. This new feature reduces kickback of the beveler and creates a more uniform beveling edge for better weld prep.
