Atlanta, GA - October 4, 2022 - As of October 2022, OSHA has conducted over 50,000 inspections compared with 24,333 inspections in FY 2021. Compared to pre-pandemic numbers, we are well above the roughly 36,000 inspections completed in 2019. Are you prepared for when OSHA shows up at your work location?

Safety Consultants USA is proud to partner with Goldberg Segalla to present a webinar addressing the importance of knowing your employer's rights and how to exercise them.

This free webinar, "How to Respond When OSHA Knocks", will be held Thursday, October 13th, 2022, from 12:00 - 1:00 PM ET.

Learn what to expect during an OSHA inspection and how to handle the entire OSHA inspection process with confidence. Michael Rubin of Goldberg Segalla and Kate Badey of Safety Consultants USA will provide practice pointers for each stage of an inspection, with an emphasis on those most important rights employers should know and exercise each step of the way.

    • Business owners in all industries, managers, project superintendents, foremen, and anyone involved with occupational safety and health issues
    • Your most important rights during an OSHA inspection
    • What to expect during each stage of an inspection, including specific practice pointers
    • What you can do today – before OSHA ever shows up – to put yourself in the best position to successfully navigate a future inspection

Our 30 to 40 minute presentation will be followed by an interactive Q&A session. Your questions can be submitted in advance when you register for this webinar or during the program itself.
