Our engineers will work with you to develop a part to meet your unique specifications, helping improve your productivity and consistency while reducing labor costs and device failures. Leveraging one of our six manufacturing processes – injection molding, vinyl dip molding, extrusion, vinyl coating, rubber molding or die-cutting – our design engineers work to take your concept from design and prototyping all the way to final production. We also hold IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications that guide our quality management systems and manufacturing processes.

We specialize in custom rubber masking as well, which provides parts that can offer greater durability or that can be reused, helping provide additional time and cost-saving benefits. Caplugs also offers custom material compounding options for rubber products, allowing us to provide enhanced protection against acids, UV rays or other environmental hazards.
