  ATS Applied Tech Systems, your partner for assisting with your Digital Transformation, announces new releases of our ATS Inspect software.  Inspect replaces paper forms typically used for Quality, weld, paint, metal surface and assembly inspections.  Inspection, non-conformance and repair data is against a Digital Twin CAD image of your product and through a digital checklist. 

  All data is stored in a non-proprietary MS SQL database.  Inspect’s web based reporting provides on demand analysis.  Automated email and text notifications provide the ability to respond faster to Quality issues and reduce sorting and scrap costs.
