The Valgro SAMARTH Classic Series Deburring & Finishing Machine is a low-cost metal finishing and deburring machine with a few standard features. The classic series abrasive belt deburring machine is intended for finishing sheet metal and other flat products by grinding and radial edge deburring. This is a belt-driven automated feed-hard machine that will thaw and provide the radius on cut-out pieces to ensure sharp edges. Grinding into the conveyor belt without ruining the strap is conceivable. This method may be applied with steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and a variety of other metals.

The SLTL Infinity F1 3015 2D fiber laser cutting system features XYZ axes of 1550 x 3100 x 300 mm and  incorporates all the features need to take your plate cutting to the next level. A highly responsive CNC control with powerful nesting software pilots the system. The rigid machine structure, servo motors and helical rack and pinion drives deliver excellent accuracy and repeatability. A  standard table changer keeps you up and running while unloading finished parts and loading new material. The 3015 is equipped with a high power IPG Laser from 1kW to 15 kW, it cuts mild steel (MS), stainless steel (SS), aluminum (AI), brass (BR), copper(CU), titanium (Ti), galvanized, coated sheets and more. An autofocus cutting head with an automatic height sensing unit makes part set up quick and easy.
