Spray Systems Powder Collectors Solves Critical Air Flow Concerns for large powder booths

Spray Systems, Inc., is coming to FABTECH Atlanta with their latest series of powder collectors to answer the needs of large equipment manufacturers. Manufacturers today are facing the increased demand for powder coating large products which require specialized solutions. Their series of powder modules (available in 3 sizes) utilize a VFD fan control that can be adapted to any size of booth and optimizes the collector’s performance.

All powder collector modules come with a High Velocity Reverse-Pulse Jet Cleaning System, which ensures optimum filter efficiency for longer filter life.  Plus, all includes a High Static Centrifugal Blower that maintains air flow with heavy powder usage. Unique to Spray Systems’ collectors are (16” x 36”) cartridge filters which lowers air-to-cloth ratio and also increases filter life.

“Our goal is to ensure proper air flow and deliver operational efficiencies for all our powder coating customers”, said Bob Hauck, Vice President of Spray Systems.
