TTX recirculating ovens can include a patented pending VOC Destruct system, which removes volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the air. VOCs in industrial ovens have been connected to negative health consequence that can affect both employees in a shop and the wider community around a plant. Exhaust air is first pulled into the VOC destruct system and is processed through a media that will eliminate the fatty acids and VOC’s. A burner box will burn off the excess. This process can reduce smoke in the oven, condensation, and exhaust. There will be an overall reduction of BTU’s as well.
