  • ECM’s Turquoise vacuum furnace is ideal for alloys prone to oxidation: Nickel, Titanium, Cobalt, Chrome, Molybdenum, and Tungsten. The Turquoise’s compact, external loading design is perfect for heat treatments with working temperatures up to 1600°C, under primary or secondary vacuum. This system is specifically adapted to integration within a clean environment. The resistor’s patented design ensures perfect homogeneity, and the molybdenum heating core and metal insulation certifies clean treatments avoiding any risk of pollution. Accelerated neutral gas cooling systems are available to increase the productivity, which reduces cycle times.
