REV3RD is an OEM tech startup specialized in LSAM whose main activity is developing FGF AM technologies for companies who want to introduce this process in their production or provide their robot/CNC machine with powerful Pellet Extruders.
REV3RD has developed a series of pellet extruders, able to print from 5 up to 200 kg/h. All of the extruders are customizable according to the customer's needs in terms of power and design integration and are able to process virgin and/or recycled polymers, including standard and high-performance thermoplastics feedstocks and composites.

    Light-weight pellet extruder able to extrude up to 6-12kg/h, ideal for 1m³ 3D printers and robot arms with 25-30 kg payload....

    • Extrusion rate: up to 12kg/h
    Ideal for: 1 m³ 3D printers or robot arms with 12-20 kg payload

    Other features: temperature controller, melting zone sensors, multiple nozzle sizes, 4-zone heating screw control, uniform heating, customizable design, varied feedstock and composites, insulation blanket, water cooling system.

  • RD-M25
    Medium-weight pellet extruder able to extrude up to 15-25 kg/h, ideal for medium-big size CNC systems and robot arms with 40-80 kg payload....

    • Extrusion rate: up to 25 kg/h
    Ideal for: medium-big size CNC systems or robot arms with 40-80 kg payload.

  • RD-M40
    High-weight pellet extruder able to extrude up to 40-60 kg/h, ideal for CNC gantry machines and robot arms with 120-160 kg payload....

    • Extrusion rate: up to 60 kg/h
    Ideal for: CNC gantry machines or robot arms with 120-160 kg payload.
