    Self Tuning, Mass Damped, Anti Vibration Boring Bars and Shell Mill Holders. These tools use a proprietary polymer rather than oil as in the previous state of the art....

    • Boring bars are offered in a range of inch and metric sizes from 3/8" (10mm) to 2 1/2" (60mm) diameters with L/D ratios up to 15 x D. Boring bars are available with an ever increasing offering of replaceable cutter heads for diameters of 5/8" (16mm) and up.

    Milling Holders are available in HSK 63A, HSK 100A, PSC 50 (Polygonal Shank), BT 40, BT 50 for Shell Mill applications. CAT 40 and CAT 50 are forthcoming.

    Plain Cylindrical shanks in 25mm and 32mm diameters are available for Replaceable Head Milling Cutters. MAQ offers cutter heads and the connection is compatible with some other manufacturers heads.
