Our instruments are versatile and feature rich. They include manual input interfaces and easy to read, programmable digital displays which show mass flow, volumetric flow, absolute pressure and temperature so that coating processes are consistent and reproducible. Alicat products have both analog and serial communication and can be operated on 12-24Vdc power. Alicat controllers require no warm up time and are very easy to install and operate, with the same form, fit and function of other controllers. With the highest turn down ratio in the industry of 200:1, you can use fewer devices for a full range of flows. With our multivariate closed loop controls, you can often eliminate secondary components in your system. Control response is 30ms or less. Standard with each meter are 100 gas & gas mix calibrations accessible via the display or through RS232/485. An optional flow totalizer can also be added.
