Suction Cups

Popco has an extensive selection of suction cups, with and without sign holders, hooks, screws and tacks. For small suction cups, meant for POP signage, you won’t find a more essential product line up than Popco’s.... More Info Less Info

Popco’s suction cups range from 7/8-inches to 2.4-inches in diameter and are made of clear PVC. Their intended use is for supporting small signs in a point-of-purchase setting. Many of the Popco suction cups feature a mushroom-style cap which can support signs that have a keyhole cut, without any hook or sign-holding attachment. Other styles of Popco suction cups feature hooks, tacks, screws, adhesive tabs or even springs. This gives designers and retailers many options for displaying their signs. Popco produces their suction cups from proprietary tooling and manufactures the suction cups entirely in the U.S.A. This means that lead times are short, prices are competitive and, when you buy from Popco, you are supporting an American small business.

Popco’s full line-up of sign hanging rails includes cost-effective, light-duty styles, and upscale styles for more long-term installations. Popco’s rails are made from proprietary tooling and manufactured entirely in the U.S.A. Our top-end style includes an external aluminum shroud which we source. We stock our rails in clear, black or white PVC and we offer the rails in a variety of stock lengths. Custom lengths are also available for both small and large orders. For large orders, custom colors are also available. Since the rails can be reused many times, they are as cost-effective as they are practical. The rails work in combination with several styles of clips that create hanging points on the rails, and they can be combined with our wide variety of hanging hardware that will connect the rails to ceilings.

Sign Bases

Among Popco’s selection of sign bases are small, narrow-footprint bases that are ideal for supporting small signs atop cash registers and slot machines. There are also wide-base styles to choose from that work well on countertops or on tables; these are perfect, reusable alternatives to table tents. Extra-wide sign bases are also available and are often used as product dividers in grocery store coolers. Popco offers the sign bases in clear, black and white and in plastics such as PVC, HIPs and ABS. Some of these plastics are approved by the FDA for use in food settings. The sign bases are offered in standard lengths and some of the sign bases are available in custom lengths for both small and large orders. All of Popco’s sign bases are available in custom lengths for large orders.

Posts & Screws

Popco’s posts and screws can be used to create sample books, reports and presentations. They can also be used to bind display panels together. The posts and screws are perfect for fast, hand-assembly, since they join together like press-rivets.... More Info Less Info

Popco offers a huge selection of post and screw sets which range in size from 1/8-inch to 2-inches in length. Other options are head sizes, including small 3/8-inch diameter, to large 17/32-inch diameter heads. Popco’s post and screws are offered in black or white, made from Celcon® and polypropylene plastics. Clear posts and screws are made from extra-clear resin. There is also a variation on the post and screws that allows for binding extra-thin material – this product is called the zero-cap. Yet another variation is the loop screw. This is a product that combines a standard post coupled with a screw that has closed loop on the head. This part will bind and create a hanging point for swatch books. For all sorts of binding, even affixing large display panels together, Popco’s binding posts and screws are an ideal product.

Panel-Forming Channels

Popco’s panel-forming channels make it easy to join coroplast, styrene, foam board or acrylic together to assemble displays, dump bins and Covid barriers. For added stability, display panels can then be held upright with our heavy-duty sign bases. Right-angle corner connectors are well suited to create product dump bins. “T” or “X” shaped channels open up all sorts of attractive possibilities for P.O.P. displays. There is even a flexible connector that allows for unusually-shaped displays. To finish off displays built with Popco panel-formers, there is a U-shaped end cap. These heavy-duty channels are made from clear PVC and they include flexible “fins” inside the channels that grip stock tightly. The channels are as tough as they are attractive and can be reused many times making them a great bargain.
