Each of the three Hydration Stations includes a regularly replenished water cooler with signage and sponsor supplied paper cups with logo.  (The INSTORE Show can supply the logo cups for an additional fee.)  Plain cups will be provided at no additional charge.  Fantastic visibility as attendees walk the floor with your brand in hand.

Sponsor a carving station at the Play it Cool Networking Party and be front and center with all party participants.  These stations are complete with a professional carver serving each attendee with perfection.   You have a choice to sponsor a beef carving or turkey carving station that will satisfy everyone's appetite.  

The sponsorship of a carving station includes the following:
1)  All Play it Cool Party announcements will include your company name and logo
2)  A dedicated page on the show's website, promoting the party with your logo
3)  A dedicated page in the Show Guide promoting the party will include your logo.  The Show Guide will not only be handed out onsite but will be included in the July issue of INSTORE Magazine both print and digital additions.
4)  All signs at the show promoting the party will acknowledge your sponsorship with your company logo.
5)  An approximate 7' high by 3' wide sign will be placed by your carving station promoting your company.  You supply us with the artwork and we will print it and place it next to your carving station.

Each attendee and exhibitor will be given two complimentary drink tickets with your logo on them as the sponsor.  We'll even give you an extra 100 tickets to give out to your customers at the party should your customers still be thirsty.

Your Drink Ticket sponsorship includes the following:

1.  All Play it Cool Party announcements will include your company logo.

2.  A dedicated page on the show's website, promoting the party along with your company logo.

3.  A dedicated page in the Show Guide promoting the party which will include your company logo.  The Show Guide will not only be handed out onsite but will be included in the July issue of INSTORE Magazine both print and digital additions.

5.  5,000 drink tickets will be printed and two tickets will be handed out to each attendee and exhibitor when they pick up their badge in registration.  You will be given 100 drink tickets to hand out at the show.

The Sunday night Play it Cool Party provides the opportunity for everyone to grab a drink, some food and network with industry peers.  Chat with old friends and make new contacts after the first day of the show wraps up.  Your sponsorship will be acknowledged anywhere the party is mentioned - On our website, in the show guide, on all signage at the show and in our promotional emails when the party is covered.  There will be no doubt you helped bring this party everyone loves to life.
