Three (3) Hotel Door Drops Available:
Sponsor is required to provide appropriate quantity of materials per night/hotel and is responsible for costs for design, printing, and shipment of inserts to each hotel. All inserts must be approved by AATS prior to production and shipping. AATS will make every effort to instruct participating hotels on the proper distribution instructions, both in writing and a personal visit to the front desk manager prior to the start of the meeting. However, AATS cannot guarantee 100% distribution to all attendees staying in selected hotels. Refunds will not be issued if the supporter receives anecdotal evidence of non-distribution.
