Function rooms have been reserved for attendees at the Sheraton New York Times Square hotel for company to rent and host your own affiliate function such as a staff meeting. Affiliate functions/events are considered any industry-supported meeting or social event that is by invitation-only and held in a private room. Affiliate functions/events during the AATS Aortic Symposium dates must be approved by show management and will be assessed a fee below regardless of the location.

Should a company hold an event at an offsite location, pricing will still apply.
Dates and Time Guidelines
NOTE: Catering and audio visual is available at an additional cost and is the responsibility of the company. Dates/times listed are established to avoid conflict with the AATS Aortic Symposium program. Any company that does not adhere to the guidelines will risk loss of priority points. Schedule is subject to change based on the final program. Any cancellations received on or before August 12, 2026, company will be liable for a 50% processing fee. For any cancellations received after August 12, 2026, refunds will not be given. These time guidelines pertain to functions where physicians are requested/invited to attend.

Sponsor required to provide appropriate quantity of materials and is responsible for costs of design, printing, and shipment of inserts to hotel. All inserts must be approved by AATS prior to production and shipping. AATS will make every effort to instruct participating hotel on the proper distribution instructions, both in writing and a personal visit to the front desk manager prior to the start of the meeting. However, AATS cannot guarantee 100% distribution to all attendees staying in the hotel. Refunds will not be issued if the supporter receives anecdotal evidence of non-distribution.
