We look forward to seeing you in San Francisco! Our goal is to help you put the power of ACEP’s annual meeting to work for you. Please review the information below for valuable intel on exhibiting as well as suggestions on how to make your company stand out at ACEP22.

Exhibitor Service Kit The online service kit will be available the week of June 13. Exhibiting companies that have paid in full will receive an email with a link to the online kit. The kit includes information and order forms for carpet, furnishings, electrical, internet, etc. Show management and vendor forms are also included. Please be on the lookout!

Increase Your Visibility  We have designed multiple channels for you to engage attendees, highlight your brand, and drive traffic to your exhibit booth!

Become the exclusive sponsor of one of our new exhibit hall gathering spots. ACEP22 will have two primary locations for beverages in the hall. Your company can sponsor the reimagined BARCADE where attendees will be drawn to fun arcade games for a little friendly competition. Or be the exclusive sponsor of our newly designed Wine Lounge as we take full advantage of our Northern California location. It’s sure to be a popular gathering spot for attendees!

Get noticed at a Charging Station, have your company name and logo featured on photos from the Photo Booth, host a demo in the Learning Lab, present in an Expert Theater. Please click here to view the exhibitor and corporate engagement prospectus.

Booth Visitor Card  A great way to drive traffic to your booth and get conversations started! Attendees will visit each exhibitor booth listed on the card and ask the representative to stamp their card. Completed cards are dropped off at the ACEP Bookstore for a chance to win great prizes! Spaces are limited – first come, first serve. Reserve your spot! 

Meet Clean! Help ACEP achieve a more environmentally friendly meeting by considering these small steps that make a big difference.

  • Plan to donate surplus expo materials to charity.
  • Provide practical and reusable giveaways.
  • Request upcycled/reused décor, props and furniture.
  • Use signage that is recyclable and/or made of recycled materials.
  • Consider using QR codes to allow for literature downloads vs. bringing printed materials.
