This session will address the evolving crisis facing venue managers, highlighting resources and industry toolkits. Through collaborative exercises, we will explore how mental health impacts our industry daily, covering critical topics such as bullying, attitude changes, and reducing stigma. The goal is to find tools and skills that help us to create safer and more respectful workplaces.
