Registration & Exhibitor Badges
CinemaCon offers Trade Show Registrations for exhibitor staff and their guests – these badges permit access to the Trade Show only. If you or your guest are interested in attending other events on the CinemaCon schedule, individual (or group) registrations can be purchased directly from the CinemaCon website on the Registration page.
CinemaCon does not offer an upcharge from a Trade Show staff or guest badge to a higher registration package. Domestic, International, or Trade Show/Seminars registrations can be purchased at the published rate. Guest badges are intended for customers who are not registered to attend CinemaCon. They are not intended for friends or colleagues who should otherwise pay the full Trade Show attendee rate.
Staff Badges
There is no limit to the quantity of staff badges you can request, however we kindly ask you to be mindful – only those who are integral to the setup and operation of your booth should be registered.
Guest Badges
In conjunction with its association partners at the ICTA and NAC, CinemaCon has instituted a guest badge policy providing each exhibiting company up to five (5) complimentary guest badges per booth (8' x 10' or 10' x 10'). Any request above and beyond this amount will be available at a cost of $75 per badge.
