Returning Exhibitors
Renewal booth rates are effective Through September 8, 2023.  Prevailing “standard” booth rates will apply to all new contracts returned starting September 9, 2023.  To guarantee your booth space at CinemaCon 2024 at the “early-bird” renewal rate, a deposit in the amount of 50% must be received by September 22, 2023. The remaining balance must be received no later than January 31, 2024. New contracts received starting February 1, 2024, must be submitted with payment in full.

Prevailing “standard” booth rates will apply to all new contracts returned starting September 2, 2023.  


New Exhibitors
To guarantee your booth space at CinemaCon 2024, a deposit in the amount of 50% must be received within a period of two weeks following the submission of your contract and the assignment of your booth space.  The remaining balance must be received no later than January 31, 2024.  Contracts received starting February 1, 2024 must be submitted with payment in full.

Cancellation of Booth Space by Exhibitor
All booth space can be cancelled by February 9, 2024 with written notice.  A non-refundable fee of $1,000 (per 8x10 or 10x10 booth) will be assessed.  No refunds will be issued on cancellations received starting February 10, 2024
