Returning Exhibitors
Renewal booth rates are effective through September 13, 2024. Prevailing “standard” booth rates will apply to all new contracts returned starting September 14, 2024. To guarantee Exhibitor booth space at CinemaCon 2025, a deposit representing 50% of the Booth reservation fee must be received by CinemaCon by September 27, 2024. No booth assignments will be finalized unless or until Exhibitor timely submits the reservation deposit. The remaining reservation fee balance must be received no later than January 17, 2025. Failure to submit the balance of the reservation fee by January 17, 2025, will constitute a material breach of this Contract and, at the minimum, result in the reassignment of Exhibitor’s booth space unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties. Contracts received after January 17, 2024, must be submitted with payment in full. 

New Exhibitors
To guarantee your booth space at CinemaCon 2025, a deposit in the amount of 50% must be received within a period of two weeks following the submission of your contract and the assignment of your booth space.  The remaining balance must be received no later than January 17, 2025.  Contracts received starting January 18, 2024 must be submitted with payment in full.

Cancellation of Booth Space by Exhibitor

Subject to a non-refundable fee of $1,500 (per 8x10 or 10x10 booth), Exhibitor may cancel its reserved booth space by providing written notice of same no later than February 7, 2025. No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after February 8, 2025.

While we accept payments via credit card, please note that a 3.5% surcharge will be applied to cover processing fees. We encourage you to consider using check, ACH, or wire transfers to avoid this additional cost.
