Demonstration Suite and Meeting Room Registration

Private Meeting Rooms and Demonstration Suites can be rented at CinemaCon.  These rooms – which vary in size, location and pricing – are located throughout the Caesars Conference Center.  Please contact the CinemaCon office directly to inquire about the availability of Demonstration Suites and Meeting Rooms.

Returning Exhibitors
Renewal booth rates are effective Through September 8, 2023.  Prevailing “standard” booth rates will apply to all new contracts returned starting September 9, 2023.  To guarantee your booth space at CinemaCon 2024 at the “early-bird” renewal rate, a deposit in the amount of 50% must be received by September 22, 2023. The remaining balance must be received no later than January 31, 2024. New contracts received starting February 1, 2024, must be submitted with payment in full.

Prevailing “standard” booth rates will apply to all new contracts returned starting September 2, 2023.  

New Exhibitors
To guarantee your booth space at CinemaCon 2024, a deposit in the amount of 50% must be received within a period of two weeks following the submission of your contract and the assignment of your booth space.  The remaining balance must be received no later than January 31, 2024.  Contracts received starting February 1, 2024 must be submitted with payment in full.

Cancellation of Booth Space by Exhibitor
All booth space can be cancelled by February 9, 2024 with written notice.  A non-refundable fee of $1,000 (per 8x10 or 10x10 booth) will be assessed.  No refunds will be issued on cancellations received starting February 10, 2024

Goody Bag

Nothing says “Welcome” better than a Goody Bag filled with all sorts of fun items. From t-shirts and candy to all kinds of innovative promotional items, everyone loves a Goody Bag chock full of, well, GOODIES! Goody Bags will be handed out to all CinemaCon 2024 attendees upon receiving their official registration credentials.

Digital Program Journal

The CinemaCon Program Journal is not only a resource for convention attendees at the show, but also back in the office. The program journal is filled with industry news and statistics, in addition to trade show exhibitor contact information. It’s a great opportunity to congratulate this year’s award winners and/or highlight new products.
